Many doctors recommend the use of Biotin, a vitamin, for treating hair loss. Biotin, which is in the B vitamin family, can be found in foods such as soy, milk and egg yolks. Not only does this natural nutritional supplement help restore hair loss, it also keeps skin and nails looking healthy.
